«Cedar Shop» منصة إلكترونية تتيح لك تصفّح منتجات المتاجر المحلية (مثل الميني ماركت والمطاعم) وإرسال طلبك إليها. المنصة وسيط فقط بينك وبين المتجر الذي تختاره، ولسنا بائعاً ولا نملك المنتجات ولا نقوم بالتوصيل.

المتجر الذي تطلب منه مسؤول بالكامل عن:

• المنتجات وجودتها وصلاحيتها ومطابقتها للوصف والصور.
• الأسعار وسعر صرف الليرة اللبنانية المعتمد، ورسوم التوصيل.
• توفّر المنتجات؛ قد يتغيّر المخزون وقد يعتذر المتجر عن بعض المنتجات أو عن الطلب كلّه.
• تحضير الطلب وتوصيله أو تسليمه في المتجر، ومواعيد ذلك.
• أي استرجاع أو استبدال أو تعويض أو شكوى تتعلق بالطلب.

• الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام (بالدولار الأميركي أو الليرة اللبنانية) مباشرة للمتجر. لا تتم أي عملية دفع عبر المنصة.
• الأسعار بالليرة تقريبية وتُحسب حسب سعر الصرف الذي يحدّده المتجر، وقد يقرّبها المتجر.
• يُعتبر الطلب مؤكَّداً فقط عندما يقبله المتجر. يمكن للمتجر رفض الطلب أو تعديله (مثلاً عند نفاد منتج) أو تحديد رسوم التوصيل لاحقاً.
• يُرجى إدخال معلومات صحيحة وعدم إرسال طلبات وهمية.

نجمع فقط ما يلزم لتنفيذ طلبك: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، العنوان أو أقرب معلم، والموقع على الخريطة إن اخترت تحديده، بالإضافة إلى ملاحظاتك ومحتوى الطلب. تُشارَك هذه البيانات فقط مع المتجر الذي تطلب منه لتجهيز الطلب والتواصل معك وتوصيله، ولا نبيعها لأي جهة. عند الضغط على زر واتساب، تُرسَل تفاصيل الطلب عبر تطبيق واتساب إلى رقم المتجر وتخضع لشروط واتساب. يُحفَظ اسمك ورقمك وعنوانك على جهازك فقط لتسهيل طلبك القادم، ويمكنك حذفها بمسح بيانات المتصفح.

بما أن المنصة وسيط تقني فقط، فهي غير مسؤولة عن أي ضرر ناتج عن المنتجات أو التأخير أو التوصيل أو تعامل المتجر. نسعى لإبقاء الخدمة متاحة لكن لا نضمن عملها دون انقطاع.

لأي سؤال عن طلب معيّن تواصل مباشرة مع المتجر عبر الهاتف أو واتساب من صفحة الطلب. لأي سؤال عن المنصة نفسها تواصل مع إدارة «Cedar Shop».

“Cedar Shop” is an online platform that lets you browse the products of local stores (such as minimarkets and restaurants) and send them your order. The platform only connects you with the store you choose. We are not the seller, we do not own the products and we do not deliver.

The store you order from is fully responsible for:

• The products, their quality, expiry and accuracy of descriptions and photos.
• Prices, the LBP exchange rate it uses, and delivery fees.
• Availability — stock can change, and the store may decline some items or the whole order.
• Preparing, delivering or handing over the order, and the timing.
• Any refund, exchange, compensation or complaint about the order.

• Payment is cash on delivery (USD or LBP), paid directly to the store. No payment is processed by the platform.
• LBP prices are approximate, calculated at the rate set by the store, and may be rounded by the store.
• An order is confirmed only when the store accepts it. The store may reject or adjust it (e.g. an item is out of stock) or set the delivery fee later.
• Please give accurate details and do not place fake orders.

We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order: your name, phone number, address or landmark, and map location if you choose to pin it, plus your notes and the order contents. This data is shared only with the store you order from so it can prepare the order, contact you and deliver it. We do not sell it. When you tap the WhatsApp button, the order details are sent through WhatsApp to the store’s number and are subject to WhatsApp’s terms. Your name, phone and address are remembered on your own device to speed up your next order; clearing your browser data removes them.

As a technical intermediary, the platform is not liable for any harm arising from the products, delays, delivery or the store’s conduct. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
